The customer needed a CRM that would allow them to organize and manage all their contacts, as well as allowing them to integrate and manage their e-commerce platform with the system. In this way, they would have had 360 control of their platforms.

We proposed HubSpot to the customer. It is a CRM that allows a control of contacts, third-party systems, communications and much more, all round and on a single platform. The tool is also considered one of the most user-friendly in the field of CRM.

The customer has acquired autonomy in the management of CRM, with our support in the most technical operations. Thanks to the platform it can easily manage contacts, communication channels and everything related to e-commerce, saving time and resources.

The needs of Audio Effetti

After several interviews, what Audio Effetti needed emerged. The customer needed a CRM with which to manage the Marketing, Sales and Service processes, integrating the platform with the B2B and B2C portals already present in the company. The main among them was their custom e-commerce platform.

In this way, they could manage all processes through a single CRM, saving time and resources.

HubSpot: the solution for a 360º management

Among the various options, we have proposed to the customer the HubSpot CRM. It is a platform with various functions. Its ultimate purpose is to enable a well-rounded management of different processes. All this on one extremely user-friendly portal, so that you save both time and energy.

One of the main points is the possibility of integrating third-party systems with CRM, thanks to the public API system of hubspot itself.

 

HubSpot can be customized according to your needs. This allows you to insert the most important elements to monitor on the main screen.

The first step was the implementation of CRM. That is, the import of data and contacts, with the profiling of the latter. This has allowed the creation of various lists, useful to direct communications to specific targets.

Lists can be static or dynamic. They can be modified as needed and the different filters, if set well previously, allow you to insert contacts only with specific features.

Thanks to this integration, the customer is able to fully manage the flow of order status. Besides it has that, it can also perform all other related marketing actions based on the status.
