Frilvam needed a system that would allow it to manage sales and customers more generally in a methodical and smart way. More specifically, it needed software that would allow it to manage the entire sales process to customers organically across the three different locations, and that would allow integration with its existing ERP to manage negotiations and customer records.

HubSpot CRM Adoption.

We thought we would propose HubSpot to the client as a solution. It is a CRM platform that serves to automate many of the business processes of customer management, from sales to service, with automations also dedicated to communications in all their aspects, from the website to email sequences.

In the case of Frilvam, HubSpot provides several Hubs that meet their needs regarding sales management. Through CRM, on the sales management side, one can achieve:

  • An improvement in visibility and control of the sales process
  • an increase in sales team productivity
    improved management of sales leads and opportunities

Each sales manager has access only to their customer negotiations and corresponding data, thanks to the CRM's ability to give custom permissions.

In terms of internal task management regarding R&D processes, Research and Development, i.e., research and development, have adopted HubSpot for ticket creation and monitoring. These tickets enable the R&D team to organize efficiently, and allow easier monitoring of the progress of various tasks.

In addition, with the client we developed automation to facilitate internal work. For example, automatic sending of internal emails, management of master data and negotiations, possibility of customizing fields by setting them with chosen parameters, management of reports. HubSpot's APIs enable easy integration with third-party systems because they are public. In this way, they facilitate the development of applications, services and integrations by third parties, expanding the functionality and possibilities for connection between different platforms and services.

Through the API, it has been possible for Frilvam to automate the transfer of information such as data on all customer master records and ongoing negotiations, ensuring that both systems are always up-to-date and aligned. This has led to greater operational efficiency, a reduction in manual errors, and a unified view of business activities.

The results achieved through the adoption of HubSpot

Frilvam has thus been able to automate many of the processes regarding customer acquisition and management, saving time and energy and reducing the risk of errors.

Through HubSpot, opening and managing internal tickets in the R&D department is much more agile and simple. In addition, many of the aspects of internal communications, such as email management and field customization, have been automated.

In addition, it has been able to integrate an existing ERP with CRM, precisely because of HubSpot's feature of easily connecting to third-party systems via APIs that are public so as to facilitate these integrations. Through this integration they have a complete overview of all customers and negotiations and work more easily.
