Website and CRM integration: the EPQ case study

HubSpot

EPQ is a company that is part of the Dolomiti Energia Group and deals with energy transition, overcoming fossil fuels and the massive scale-up of renewables. They imagine new models, new rules and new actors.

Context

EPQ is a company that supports customers in the energy transition path, imagining new models, new rules and new players.

Necessity

The customer needed to simplify the management of contacts and to update their presence on the internet, also through an energy site that fully reflected their reality and life within the company.

Solutions

We thought of HubSpot as CRM and CMS suited to their needs. It is an easy-to-use All In One platform that allows you not only to manage business processes by automating them as much as possible, but also to create a website customized and integrated in an organic way to all processes.

Results

Hubspot has been used for a complete rebuilding of the EPQ site, as well as for a better business organization. In this way, EPQ has complete control of their communication and business processes, all from a single platform.

Customer needs

The mission of EPQ is to accompany companies in a wise and responsible energy management, working on different business lines:

They needed to reorganize the database correctly according to their needs, managing it in a simple and intuitive way. This is to save time and energy, but also to implement fluid sales processes and build a better relationship with customers.

In addition, they needed a restyling of their image on the web, with the creation of a custom site that would fit their needs.

As a comprehensive solution for CRM integration and website, we proposed to the customer the implementation of HubSpot, of which we are Gold Certified Partners. It has a dual function:

  • That of all-in-One CRM, with which you can manage the 360 relations with customers, starting from potential contact until the construction of a relationship with customers already acquired.
  • That of CMS for the creation of a website customized and integrated with the rest of the business processes.

Website adn CRM integration: HubSpot as CMS solution

The main focus of the use of HubSpot was the creation of an energy site that represented the whole reality of EPQ. For companies like theirs, with the extreme relevance they have in today’s landscape, it is essential to present yourself in the best way on the web, in order to transmit efficiency, modernity, values. They then decided to abandon the previous site, external to the hubspot platform, in favor of creating a new site. HubSpot presented itself as the perfect tool for CRM integration and website.

HubSpot was therefore the right tool, in various respects, to create the new EPQ site. First we proposed various templates to the customer in order to understand their preferences, then moving to the realization through the platform, using all the front end and back end functions that the system offers.

In addition, HubSpot integrations are recognized as the best to be able to connect to the site everything necessary for the most homogeneous operation of the entire system.

The site has been custom created and HubSpot brings many advantages in this regard, including:

  • quick and easy creation of landing pages
  • integration of contact forms that collect data in the CRM automatically
  • the inclusion of chatbots for constant availability to interested users

Having a site integrated with the rest of the system also allows you to have metrics and data always at hand.

Building sites with HubSpot has several advantages in addition to customization and integration with the entire CRM. An example is the fact that the site is responsive, that is, it adapts to the size of the device from which it is viewed, making it easy to use.

Management of e-mail marketing

The customer has abandoned third-party systems to exploit all the potential of the platform also in the field of email marketing. In fact, we have also supported the customer in creating and managing newsletters for their customers. These newsletters were created on the graphic and communicative style of the website, so as to have an organic multi-channel communication.

The training

In all this, we continued by training the customer on how to best use the hubspot platform to achieve their goals. For example, we talk about managing contacts, profiling them and creating fully customized lists. For example, we guided them in the segmentation of the database, so that they could implement the contact history according to their needs.

In particular, there has been training on site management and forms. Hubspot is however recognized as one of the most user-friendly CRMs in existence.

SEO

Included in the HubSpot package are the necessary tools to manage all the SEO of the website. The platform provides an overview of the main pages and the secondary pages linked to them, with related keyword. It also reports any SEO problems, such as duplicate pages or links that no longer work. All with the necessary explanations, so that it is easily usable even independently.

Results

The customized website represents the reality of EPQ in a modern and agile way. Being made with hubspot, it allows easy management of landing pages, contact forms and conversations with users. Being a user-friendly platform, the site is fully manageable by the customer. Moreover, it has excellent loading speeds and guarantees a safe navigation thanks to the reliability of hubspot.

After an initial period of training and support, the customer has also achieved autonomy in terms of database management and marketing operations. Operations such as creating and sending marketing emails, managing sales processes and creating negotiations with potential customers.

The management has thus become more fluid and organic, allowing a 360 º control by the customer on their communication processes.

Another element to emphasize is the simplicity of the use of the platform, with a saving of energy and time due to the intuitive and simple system.

In all this, we continue to provide support, remaining available to the customer for a continuous correct and optimized management of the CRM.
