MyAging is a start-up that aims to become a point of reference in the Longevity field, providing high-quality food supplements and services aimed at healthcare professionals, both online and offline.

The goal identified together with MyAging was to build and develop the brand's online presence, with the aim of selling its products and services online, for the Italian and European market. We decided to do this through an effective eCommerce platform that would adapt to MyAging's needs, managing to convey the brand's values ​​and at the same time sell the products.

B2C Ecommerce with BigCommerce

We decided to propose to the client the creation of a B2C e-commerce through the use of BigCommerce. It is an online platform that allows companies to create their own e-commerce website, optimizing it for search engines and managing marketing without the problem of hosting. BigCommerce also takes care of the security of e-commerce created through its platform. It can integrate with other software, as we will see later.

The practical implementation of the project on BigCommerce

Before starting the project, we set up an analysis phase to identify the specific needs of the customer, including the desired features, the precise target and the specific business objectives.

The second step involved creating a custom design on the BigCommerce platform that best reflects and represents the reality of MyAging. This also included creating a responsive layout, which therefore adapts to tablets, phones and computers.

The third step involved the complete configuration and implementation of the platform, with particular attention to:

Using Stripe for Payments

Stripe is a platform that offers simplified payment solutions, both online and offline. In particular, for the online option it allows users to use the wallets where their data is stored, making the payment process easier and faster.

The integration with the BigCommerce platform has allowed for more agile payment management for both users and the company.

Using Klaviyo for Email Marketing

The integration with Klaviyo's email marketing platform was essential for managing customer communications. We created an account for the customer, configuring all the essential details to personalize communications. We segmented the audience and integrated the subscription lists.

After that, we integrated Klaviyo with BigCommerce. This allowed us to track customer actions on the site, such as purchases, page views, abandoned carts. This allowed us to create targeted email marketing campaigns. We created automated workflows to increase conversions, such as:

  • welcome email
  • post-purchase follow-up
  • abandoned cart recovery
  • purchase reminder

The results achieved with B2C ecommerce

MyAging has obtained a website that presents its reality in the most important aspects, in an elegant expression and in line with the brand. They manage ecommerce through BigCommerce, uploading and modifying products, managing reservations and shipments. The use of Stripe allows agile payment processes for both customers and the company. Finally, the integration with Klaviyo allows to better interact with existing customers and with users who have shown interest in the product, leading to a greater number of sales.
