How does Hoida's calendar work?

Hoida is a shift software for organising employees’ working hours and activities. It is easy to use and intuitive, with a calendar that allows you to manage all planning and create shifts easily.

You will have an immediate overview of the needs of each site and the availability of employees. This makes it easy to organise shifts, assign jobs and check whether any tasks remain unassigned. In case you need to make a replacement, the system will show you the people available.

The work scheduling software keeps track of each task, giving you the weekly workloads for each employee. You will thus have an effective tool to manage the balancing of work hours among the whole operations team.

Holiday planning and replacement management

The work calendar is linked to the attendance tracking system. The system automatically calculates monthly working hours based on completed shifts. Adjustments can be made to align recorded activities with employees’ actual hours. Billable activities for clients will also be automatically recorded in the monthly report, with the option to make any necessary corrections.
