Holiday planning and replacement management
The work calendar is linked to the attendance tracking system. The system automatically calculates monthly working hours based on completed shifts. Adjustments can be made to align recorded activities with employees’ actual hours. Billable activities for clients will also be automatically recorded in the monthly report, with the option to make any necessary corrections.
In addition to assigning tasks to be performed, you can also indicate whether the shift you are planning replaces someone or is an on-call shift.

The Hoida App is connected to the cloud and employees use it to see the day’s activities in the calendar, and to write the work report.
The Hoida App allows employees to clock in, read documents, do expense reports quickly and smartly, and chat within a secure company group.
Through the app, the employee can also request holidays and leave. Personnel managers can analyse each request immediately.
