AssoESCo
AssoESCo is a trade association founded in 2005 that brings together more than seventy Italian companies. The Community is composed not only of ESCo - Energy Service Companies, but also of operators who share energy efficiency as the mission of their business.
The company has two main goals:
- Make businesses, government agencies and all potential customers aware of the benefits of energy efficiency and the services offered
- Represent ESCos and energy efficiency stakeholders to institutions and the public administration to accelerate the process of converting the country to energy efficiency

A new corporate image, a reserved site area, and smoother contact management
During the cognitive meetings, the client expressed several needs regarding their online presence.
- First, they wanted to revamp its online presence with a new website, giving a more modern and clearer image of their reality, services provided, and corporate mission.
- Second, they wanted to provide their members with a functional platform through a dedicated section. In this section, members were to be able to enjoy content dedicated to them.
- As a final point, they needed to better manage all business processes, communications with customers and all negotiations associated with them.

Website renovation, creation of reserved site area and management with HubSpot
The tool chosen to achieve the goals set is HubSpot, a CRM platform that allows you to manage all your customer relationships while creating and managing your own website, customizing it as much as possible according to your business needs.
We began by defining together with the client the structure and elements to be included in the website, with a special focus on creating a reserved area site for users. In this restricted area, each user can access certain documents based on the permissions that AssoESCo provides them with through HubSpot.
We set up the website so that it was functional and user-friendly, easy for the customer to manage, and able to display company information clearly and cleanly.
Inoltre, abbiamo creato un forum su WordPress che permettesse la discussione tra utenti, a cui accedere con facilità dal sito.


User management with HubSpot
An important step was the implementation of HubSpot with regard to master data management. By carrying out the whole process, we set the parameters for the customer to be able to use the platform autonomously. Through the CRM, the customer can manage all information related to users, including master data and type of membership fee.
Also via HubSpot, AssoESCo can manage marketing emails, creating them with the platform's internal easy-to-use tools and managing user contacts via well-defined lists.
In order to do this, we provided support and training to the customer, with whom we remain partners for any needs related to the platform.

Optimal contact management and a new online presence
Thanks to this revamping of the website, with the creation of a reserved site area and management of contacts via CRM, the client was able to give a new image of itself online, presenting the company at its best and providing registered users with a dedicated area.
The use of HubSpot allowed smarter management not only of the site but also of contacts, both in terms of renewing subscriptions and using these contacts in marketing emails.
