ThermoTechnick Group has been operating on the market for over 30 years and deals with the construction, management and maintenance of buildings and plants, offering its customers a series of ancillary and integrated services. It develops three offers aimed at different markets: ThermoTechnick Service, ThermoTechnick Hospitality and ThermoTechnick Real Estate. The business, works alongside large-scale customers from various sectors, including hotels, business centers and commercial activities.
The customer required four distinct websites to position online the activities and sectors in which ThermoTechnick operates in the various markets. The sectors in which it wanted to position itself were respectively: the hospitality sector, the construction sector and that of facility management. Along with this, it was necessary to create weekly content for updating the sites, regarding the activities carried out by the parent company, the products and services offered.
To achieve the pre-set objectives, in the initial phase we provided ongoing Digital Marketing consultancy, to identify the best strategy to implement for the creation and positioning of the four online sites.
Corporate website creation
We started to create the corporate sites, with an attractive and mobile friendly design. Creating a website that is not only full of information, but whose contents are easily accessible from mobile devices is an indispensable factor. In fact, through the control of analytics we have noticed an ever increasing number of subjects using their smartphones to search for what they need.
For this reason, we have decided to create a quality site for the customer, compatible with mobile devices and above all well indexed on search engines. We have created a well-designed and well-positioned corporate website to contribute to the increase in reputation and brand positioning.

Definition of the editorial plan
We then defined an editorial plan together with the client, created through a preventive analysis of the competition and the reference market. We made sure that it was curated and created following the study of the target that the customer wanted to reach and the analytical traffic and engagement data.
Each published content has been optimized for search engines, through SEO techniques and industry keyword research. This aspect is essential to make the customer appear in the top positions of the search results page. To this end, we researched and used keywords that were relevant to the content, to attract qualified traffic to the website.
Website creation and email management
Later, we took care of the hosting service site. Hosting is the service that allows you to make your website available online. In concrete terms, it is a space in which to store files and the infrastructure to make the site available on the web.
Finally, we created and managed the customer's mailbox in an optimal and effective way so as not to lose track of important messages and managing the flow of messages in the best possible way.
Through a careful analysis of the target and market trends, in about 4 months we managed to position all the client's sites with respect to the predefined keywords in the strategic phase. We managed to reach the pre-set target thanks to the sharing of attractive and captivating content.
We have improved the usability of the website prior to our intervention both as regards the loading of pages and contents and as regards the user experience on page.
The new modernized website has allowed the client to generate leads and obtain tangible results thanks to the care we have dedicated to SEO optimization. This has allowed us to increase visibility, customer positioning, strengthen its brand identity and the recognition of its brand.
Thanks to the preparation of the editorial plan, the client was able to organize a constant and regular publication of contents. All of this has contributed to the increase in website traffic.
